Women's hemline reflects the uncertainly of the economy? - British Vogue (Feb 2017)


Since the start of the 1920s, economist George Taylor and many other experts have noticed the length of women's skirt being influenced by the rise and fall of the economy.

Good economy times = SHORTER SKIRTS
Bad economy times = LONGER SKIRTS

This year at the spring 2017 fashion week, many high streets to designer labels have showcased and featured "Zig Zag" hemline Dresses & Skirts
